Designed for comfort and relaxation in every season, the home features two bedrooms inside the main house, a beautiful Zen Den for quiet moments, and a charming detached Camp Cabin that serves as a bonus sleeping space.

With a fenced backyard, fire pit, thoughtful décor, and warm, inviting layout, this cottage is perfect for winter getaways, couples escapes, small family trips, or anyone seeking a calm, restorative stay close to nature.

🌲 The Camp Cabin (Detached Bonus Sleeping Space)

Tucked in the fenced backyard, the Camp Cabin offers a unique retreat-like sleeping space with:
• Full-size bed
• Warm lighting
• Cozy, rustic-inspired atmosphere
• Space heater for winter comfort

Note: This is a detached structure, ideal for teens or adults who enjoy privacy or a “glamping-style” experience. It is not a bedroom inside the main home, but a charming extra space guests often love.

The private yard includes:
• Fire pit with Adirondack seating
• Camp Cabin
• Patio area for outdoor meals or morning coffee
• Space for pets (with approval)

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have private access to the entire home, fenced yard, Zen Den, detached Camp Cabin, driveway, and all amenities.
Self check-in allows for a smooth, flexible arrival.

Winter is one of the best times to stay here. Guests enjoy:

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

• Camp Cabin is a detached bonus sleeping space
• One dog may be allowed with a pet fee (must be declared at booking)
• No smoking indoors
• No parties or events
• Primary guest must be 30+
• Rental agreement must be signed within 24 hours
• Refundable security deposit authorization placed via our property management system (authorization only, no off-platform payment)
• Travel insurance offered during checkout is optional
• Quiet residential neighborhood — please respect local guidelines

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
