GUEST ACCESS

Guests have private access to the entire apartment, including the loft, sunroom, kitchen, bathroom, and free onsite parking.
Self check-in provides a smooth, flexible arrival.

⭐ OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

• Primary guest must be 30+
• Rental agreement is required within 24 hours
• A refundable $300 security deposit authorization will be placed through our property-management system (authorization only; no off-platform payment collected)
• Pet (dog only) allowed only with prior approval and a pet fee; please declare at booking
• Not suitable for toddlers (the spiral staircase is metal with open treads)
• No smoking indoors
• No parties or events
• Quiet hours 10pm–8am
• Loft sleeping area is open to the main space (not a fully closed bedroom)

THERE IS AN APARTMENT ATTACHED TO THIS COTTAGE (it’s a house divided into two apartments) We have insulated,… but you may hear your neighbors

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
